Framer Ecommerce Templates in 2026 and How Each One Takes Payment
By Mark Fail · · Updated

Framer still has no checkout of its own. You can design a beautiful product page in an afternoon, but the moment a customer presses "Add to cart", something outside Framer has to take the money. Usually that is Shopify, wired in through a paid plugin. Sometimes it is a Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Stripe link. So the template you pick quietly decides your payment setup and your monthly bill.
I opened seven ecommerce templates on the Framer Marketplace on 7 October 2026, read each listing, and clicked through the previews to see what the Buy button really does. Prices, creators and update dates below come from the listings. One template from the older version of this post, EverydayShop, now shows "Template unavailable", so it is gone.
At a glance
| Template | Price | Creator | Payment runs through | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Commerce | Free | Hamza Ehsan | Shopify via Frameship | Small catalogues on Shopify |
| Cartelle | Free | Lunis Design | One Lemon Squeezy link per product | A few fashion pieces, no cart |
| Zooom | Free | Roman Avshalumov | Shopify via Frameship, or a checkout link | Drinks and one-product brands |
| Menorca | Free | Marto Mads | Shopify via Framer Commerce | Clothing drops with collections |
| SOJA | $79 | Tommy Campbell | Shopify via Framer Commerce | Skincare and beauty |
| Essentia | $129 | Joseph Alexander | Shopify via Frameship | A single hero product |
| Creator Store | Free | SoloFoundry | Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Stripe links | Digital downloads and courses |
Five of the seven need a paid Shopify store plus a plugin. Framer Commerce has a free tier that keeps you on a Framer domain with its badge, and its Essential plan for a custom domain is $16 a month, or $12 billed yearly. Frameship is a one-time licence per site, $119 on sale from $139 for the Launch plan. Add a Framer site plan, from $10 a month for Basic, and Shopify itself, which showed £19 a month on yearly billing when I checked from the UK.
The link-based templates skip Shopify. Lemon Squeezy takes 5% plus 50 cents a sale, and Gumroad takes 10% plus 50 cents on direct sales.
Commerce

Hamza Ehsan's Commerce used to be a paid template and is now free to remix. The listing still talks about "after purchase" and a 10% Frameship discount, which tells you how recently that changed. You get 8 pages, a shop page with a category list down the left, collections, a blog and a support page, and the hero carries a small "Powered by Shopify" label.
Free is only the design. The listing says you need an active paid Shopify store and a Frameship licence to switch on the cart and checkout. The demo shop holds nine products in three categories, Technology, Footwear and Home, priced from $24.99 to $299.99, which gives a fair idea of the catalogue size it was built for. It was published in March 2024 and updated on 6 October 2026, the day before I checked.
Pros
- Free to remix, updated this week
- Shop, collections, blog and support pages included
- Frameship is a one-time fee rather than a subscription
- Category filter on the shop page
Cons
- Needs paid Shopify and a Frameship licence to sell
- Listing copy still refers to buying it
- Layout suits a small catalogue, not hundreds of products
- Generic look until you add your own photography
Cartelle

Cartelle from Lunis Design is the template the old version of this post sold as a full store, and the listing still promises a "smooth checkout process". The preview tells a different story. There is no cart. Each product page has one "Buy now" button, and in the demo it opens a Lemon Squeezy checkout on the designer's own account. The "Size" row is an accordion of text, not a size picker.
That is fine for a maker with five products and one size each.
For anything with variants you would need a separate checkout link per size and colour. The free package includes video tutorials, 25% off Framer Pro and email support, and Lunis sells an All-Access pass to all its templates for $249. Cartelle was published in April 2025 and updated on 23 September 2026.
Pros
- No Shopify bill or plugin licence
- Clean fashion layout with collections and a blog
- Video tutorials included
- Recently updated
Cons
- No cart, one checkout link per product
- No size or colour selector
- Lemon Squeezy takes 5% plus 50 cents a sale
- Listing oversells the checkout
Zooom

Zooom by Roman Avshalumov is loud on purpose. Pink background, a giant wordmark, citrus slices and a can tilted across the hero. It is built for a drinks or snack brand with a handful of flavours, and the homepage already has Add to cart buttons, a how-it-works section, reviews and a FAQ.
It gives you two ways to sell. You can sync products from Shopify, which needs a paid Frameship licence, or skip the cart and point the Buy button at any checkout link. The creator claims PageSpeed scores above 90. Zooom is free, was published in April 2025 and updated on 15 September 2026.
The demo also runs a third-party chat widget in the corner, which you would remove or replace.
Pros
- Two ways to sell, with or without Shopify
- Strong look for food, drink and wellness brands
- Guide page included
- Free
Cons
- The style is hard to tone down for a calmer brand
- Shopify route still needs Frameship
- Built for a few products, not a catalogue
- Demo chat widget is a separate service
Menorca

Menorca by Marto Mads is the newest Shopify template here, published in May 2026, and the one that looks most like a real clothing shop. A scrolling announcement bar sits above a menu of tees, hoodies, bottoms, swimwear and caps, with a market selector and cart count on the right. Product grids have quick add.
It runs on Framer Commerce, so variants and stock come from Shopify. Two things to fix before launch. The demo's market selector opened on AE, the UAE dirham, and a 10% discount pop-up covers the page as soon as it loads. Menorca is free, but it needs a Shopify subscription and a Framer Commerce plan. It was last updated on 26 May 2026.
Pros
- Real category navigation for a clothing range
- Quick add from product grids
- Market selector for multiple currencies
- Free
Cons
- Needs Shopify plus Framer Commerce
- Discount pop-up on load needs changing
- Not updated since 26 May 2026
- Busy homepage for a small range
SOJA

SOJA by Tommy Campbell is the most complete store layout in this list. The listing names every page, home, collection, product detail, cart, Shopify checkout and an Our story page, and the product page has a size selector, quantity, inventory status, compare-at prices and a Shop Pay button. The hero is a skincare tube on wet rocks with almost no text.
It hasn't been updated since 5 August 2025, which is 14 months ago.
The demo itself shows the "Framer Commerce" badge, which is the free tier of that plugin. SOJA costs $79 on a Single-Use licence, which Framer's community terms limit to one project. It also needs a paid Shopify store and a Framer Commerce plan.
Pros
- Cart, variants, stock and Shop Pay documented
- Calm, premium look for beauty brands
- Every store page included
- Market selector for selling abroad
Cons
- Last updated 14 months ago
- $79 for one project only
- Shopify and plugin costs on top
- Needs very good product photography
Essentia

Essentia from Joseph Alexander is for a business with one product. The jar stays on screen as you scroll through a problem and solution section, ingredients, a three-step how-it-works block and results, and a fixed add-to-cart bar follows you down the page. The product block has a gallery, variant selector, stock label and Add to Bag, all synced from Shopify.
It has been updated for Frameship 2.0, so you need a Frameship licence and a paid Shopify store. It also ships with 7 agent skills and 22 prompts for Framer's AI agent, so new pages reuse its own components. At $129 on a Single-Use licence it is the most expensive template here, and it was updated on 28 September 2026.
Pros
- Every section pushes towards one purchase
- Sticky add-to-cart bar
- Support, journal and legal pages included
- Updated in late September 2026
Cons
- Most expensive template in this list
- Not built for more than one product
- Needs Shopify and Frameship
- Single-Use licence covers one project
Creator Store

Creator Store by SoloFoundry is the one to look at if you sell files rather than parcels. Templates, ebooks, presets and courses sit on a 3D shelf in the hero, and hovering one lifts it with its price and an Add button. Behind it are 40+ pages and 9 CMS collections, including bundles, courses with lesson lists, a free-download page that collects emails, and refund and licence pages.
Payment goes out to Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Stripe. There is a cart and a checkout page with promo codes, but each product points at its own payment link, so test what happens with two items in the cart before you launch. It is free and was published on 27 September 2026, ten days before I looked.
The preview's browser tab still reads "AI Automation Agency & AI Agents Studio", so check the SEO titles too.
Pros
- No Shopify needed for digital products
- Bundles, courses and lead magnets in the CMS
- Eight colour styles
- Free
Cons
- Brand new, with no track record yet
- Multi-item checkout needs testing
- Leftover page title in the preview
- Payment provider fees on every sale
Final thoughts
If you already sell on Shopify and want a nicer front end, SOJA is the most complete layout and Menorca is the best free one, both on Framer Commerce. Pick SOJA knowing it hasn't been updated for over a year.
For one product, Essentia does the job properly, and Zooom is the cheaper, louder option.
Commerce suits a small mixed catalogue if you are happy to pay once for Frameship rather than monthly for Framer Commerce. If you sell digital files, Creator Store saves you Shopify entirely. Cartelle only makes sense for a handful of single-size products, because there is no cart. Whichever you choose, count the running costs before the template price, since Shopify, the plugin and the Framer site plan together cost far more each year than any template here.
If what you want is a real cart and checkout on your own site without Shopify, that is a different tool. Our WordPress Shop Theme has the cart, checkout, shipping and tax built in for a single store, for $99 once. We compare that route with WooCommerce and SureCart in WordPress shop without WooCommerce.
